Fore Ranch is a premiere community offering its residents a number of amenities. The Fore Ranch area itself is close to schools, shopping, and medical centers. Within the community, residents and their guests may take advantage of Fore Ranch’s colorful clubhouse. An open and inviting lobby features a luxurious stone fireplace and modern interior design. The clubhouse also houses a game room with foosball, billiards, and television with a sitting area. A community fitness center is equipped with up-to-date machines for both cardio and strength training. For outdoor recreation, the neighborhood has its own pool and splash park adjacent to the clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts and a playground. Ocala homes in Fore Ranch feature a variety of Floridan styles. Floor plans are modern and spacious yet affordable. Depending on the particular division of Fore Ranch, Ocala home prices may vary, but are generally in the mid to upper $100,000 range.
